Nick has always had a passion for construction. Nick received a bachelors degree in Construction Management from Fort Hays State University while working for several local companies getting hands on experience. Once finished with school Nick and Rachel moved to Omaha where Nick started working for a commercial general contractor overseeing all types of projects. Nick has experience managing projects of all sizes and project types. His passion for construction and attention to detail is shown in every project that he works on.

Rachel is a part of many processes with NRP Construction. Her favorite aspect is working with clients on design. She loves getting ideas from clients and working with Nick to help create the finished project. She will be there to help facilitate design ideas while helping manage your budget. 

Kelly Cooper joined the NRP team in early 2024. Kelly has extensive construction experience ranging from mechanical work, carpentry, rigging, safety, to running large scale projects. His passion and dedication to construction has made him a great fit to the NRP team. Kelly also has a background in golf course management which he uses while taking care of his property and hanging out with his family
